Zucchini Bread Recipes Made Fun & Easy – And Much Healthier!
I have seen a few zucchini bread recipes but I wanted to make it healthier and with less sugar.
So I decided to make this zucchini bread recipe that meets not just those 2 points but also my 3 principles that I teach in the Healthy Treasures Bible Study
1. Eat the foods that God called food.
2. Eat foods close to the way God designed it.
3. Don’t let any food be an addiction or your God.
So, not only is this the healthiest of all the zucchini bread recipes out there,, but it also meets these 3 healthy eating principles to help you achieve thriving health – both spiritually and physically.
Zucchini Bread Recipe
Here are the ingredients of this healthy zucchini bread recipe easy and so simple to make!
4 cups freshly milled flour (or Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour)
2 scoops GMX Protein
Salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp vanilla
Sweetener (sweet potato butter, monk fruit, stevia, etc)
2 cups shredded apples
3 cups shredded zucchini
Optional – chopped nuts
