This is an easy 10 min recipe that can be eaten as evening snacks.

| INGREDIENTS |
1. 2 Small Potatoes boiled and mashed
2. 1 Onion chopped
3. 3-4 tbsp Coriander leaves
4. Oil for sauteing and frying
5. 1 Big Green Chilli chopped
6. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
8. 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
9. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
10. Salt as per taste
11. Bread slices as required
12. Tomato Ketchup or Mint Chutney ( as an accompaniment)
