Fruity Vanilla Baked Oats:
1 banana
1 egg
1/3 cup almon milk (70ml)
1/2 cup oats (50g)
2 tbsp oat flour (20g)
cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla sweetener/honey/agave syrup (optional)
toppings: blueberries, pomegranate & peanut butter
Bake 20-30 min, 350°F (180°C)
Chocolate Banana Baked Oats:
1 banana
1 egg

1 tbsp cocoa powder (10g)
1 tsp chocolate sweetener/honey/agave syrup (optional)
toppings: banana, cacao nibs & melted dark chocolate
Bake 20-30 min, 350°F (180°C)
