Welcome to my Monday weekly VLOGS ‘project comeback’ each week I’m keeping you posted on my progress, what I’m eating to stay on track + workouts.
This week it was ste’s (my bf) bday so we did have plans for that, but I still stayed on track as much as possible when I could. It’s all about mindset when your trying to ‘get back on track’ as I’ve learned this week I didn’t let a few ‘bad meals’ or plans get to me and make me feel like I was going to lose all of my progress .. because that isn’t the case.
