Dark Chocolate Cherry Donuts
-2 cups oats
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup cocoa powder
-2 bananas
-1 cup frozen cherries
-1 chia egg (2 tbl chia seed + 2 water)
-1 cup almond milk
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp baking powder
*Add all ingredients to a large bowl, mix well
*Scoop into donut pans
*Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes
makes 12 donuts

-1/2 cup pitted dates
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup cocoa powder
-1 banana
-2 tbl chia seeds
-2 cups oats
*Blend in a food processor until combined. Add a few splash of nut milk if needed. Scoop into bite size balls using a cookie scoop and refrigerate one hour to
