This recipe is very easy egg salad breakfast recipe. This recipe has high protine and low calorie count. Please check out the ingredients below.
Ingredients
boiled egg whites 4-5 as required
1 tomato chopped
1 spoon onion chopped
2 pinch black pepper
1 spoon tomato sauce
salt as per taste
coriander for garnishing
Boil eggs seperate egg whites. Now fill egg whites with small amount of tomato sauce
or ketchup. Fill the eggs with chopped tomatoes,onion and coriander. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
Calorie count for this dish for 1 boiled egg white 16 calorie + salad 45 calorie = 61 calorie approx.
