Curd oats is a very simple to make South Indian comfort foods with low calorie, filling and quick meal which is perfect for breakfast / lunch / dinner.
So we came up with this unique recipe to help you lose that extra weight with a taste.
Here is the required ingredients for curd oats
Rolled oats/Old Fashioned oats – 1 cup
Curd/Yogurt – 1 cups
Chia seeds – 1 Tbsp
Honey for taste
Banana 1 PCS (You can add any fruit as per your choice)
Pea nuts – 10
