First of all, let me thank you all for being here. Please do click the Subscribe button if you like the content. Today we will be making a healthy breakfast smoothie using sweet potato. Sweet potato is great source of vitamin A and is rich in other vitamins and minerals. It has low glycemic index hence do not raise the sugar levels. It’s best to be consumed in the boiled form than baked. It seems like the beta carotene and vitamin c content get increased after boiling process. Its fiber rich and good for eye health.
Its leaves can also be included in our diet. This particular smoothie is so filling and healthy. Give it a try🙌🙌🙌
