I know most of us gained a little bit of weight during this quarantine period so it’s about time to start ( if you haven’t yet) something healthy in our healthy diet regimen.

Ingredients:

Peanut Oats Smoothie
3 tbsp instant oats
1 cup soya milk
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 tbsp powdered peanuts
3-4 seedless dates or 2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds

Avocado Oats Smoothie
1-2 avocado
3 tbsp instant oats
1 cup soya milk
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
3-4 seedless dates or 2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
