In today’s video I will be sharing with you 5 healthy slimming world friendly meals that are ready in less than 15 minutes. As a working mum, I know time is precious when you get in from work and need to get a healthy dinner on the table quickly. I wanted to make this video to show that quick dinners don’t need to be bad dinners and demonstrate how easy it is to stay on plan and make one dinner quickly that feeds the whole family.

Ingredients List & Quantities

Chicken Sausage Pasta
Pack of Chicken sausages
1 Red onion
4 jarred red peppers
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
4 cloves of garlic
320g dried fusili
3 tbsp balsamic
350g passata

Veggie Kebab & Rice
Cup of rice
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp chopped ginger
Pack of Vivera ‘kebab’ meat
1 courgette
1 red pepper
handful of mange tout
handful broccoli
Cup of peas
2 tbsp soy sauce

Chilli Prawn Spaghetti
130g spaghetti
half a courgette
half a chilli
1 garlic clove
a dozen cherry tomatoes
1 lemon
salt and pepper
Handful of basil leaves

Chicken Potato
800g potato
3 onions
1 chicken stock cube
1 tsp dried sage
100ml Single cream
30g parmesan cheese
4 chicken breasts
Fresh rosemary few sprigs
2 rashers of bacon medallions
200g baby leeks
200g baby spinach
200g frozen peas
