Chopped greens – 2 handful (Arai keerai/ Amaranthus)
Besan flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – ¼ cup
Onion – 1
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Green chilli – 2
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Fennel seeds or powder – ¼ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Salt
Pinch of baking soda
Water – ½ cup (125 ml)
