We used whole grains to make the dosa. It is a healthy nutrient rich breakfast recipe.
Serve it with coconut or peanut chutney as sidedish.
Ingredients:
Urad Dal: 1 cup
Rice: 3/4 cup
Fingermilltet or ragi: 3/4 cup
Jowar: 3/4 cup
Wheat: 3/4 cup
Flaked Rice: 1/3 cup
Salt: as required
