Serving-1
Mango dal
Ingredients
1-Green mango-30 gm
2-Redgram (tuar dal)-30 gm
3-Turmeric-1/4 th tsp
4-Salt- as per taste
Cluster beans sabji
1-Cluster beans- 100 gm
2-Onion- small size
3-Tomato-1/2
4-Garlic- as per taste
5-Green chilli-as per taste
6-Turmeric- ½ tsp
7-Garam masala-1 tsp
8-Salt-as per taste
9-Oil-1/2 tsp
10-Coriender leaves- for garnish
Jowar roti
1-Sorghum(jowar flour)-30 gm
2-Water
Salad and curd
1-Curd-60gm
2-Cucumber-40 gm
Cooking method
Low calorie dal
1-Take a bowl add tuar dal, wash it.
2-Wash and chop green mango. Add it in bowl, add turmeric, salt, water.
3-Pressure cook until 3 whistles came.
4-Low calorie dal is ready
Low calorie sabji
1-Wash and chop cluster beans, onion, tomato, garlic, and green chili.
2-Take a clay pot add ½ tsp oil, add cumin seeds, onion, green chili, garlic and fry for 2-3 min.
3-Then add chopped tomato, cluster beans, turmeric, garam masala, salt and little water.
4-Cook it for 10 min.
Jowar roti
1-Take 30 gm jowar flour, add hot water mix well.
2-roll it and cook both sides.
