Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
½ chopped tomato
½ chopped onion
Chopped Raw Mango
2 tablespoons Coriander, finely chopped
2 Tbsp thinly sliced spring onion
A dash of freshly ground black pepper
Chaat Masala
Aamchur Powder
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Baguette:
Baguette
sour cream
salsa sauce
For Flavoured Butter:
Butter
Finely chopped garlic
Lemon Juice
Chilli Flakes
Parsley
Method:
Cut avocado, remove flesh and mash with a fork
Add in some chopped tomato, onion, raw mango
Add in the coriander and spring onion.
Add the black pepper, chaat masala and aamchur masala.
Add lime juice, salt and mix well.
For the Flavoured Butter:
Take a bowl and put the butter in it.
Add in the chopped garlic and parsley.
Sprinkle some chilli flakes and some lemon juice and mix well
Take a baguette and cut it into slices. Slather some flavoured butter on it and bake in the oven for 8 mins at 150 °C
Now add the masala guacamole on top of the toast. Top it off with some salsa and sour cream.
Garnish with Coriander.
