INGREDIENTS-
40g /2 -3 tablespoons : instant oats
100ml / 1/2 glass : low fat milk/almond milk/coconut milk
1 teaspoon : raw honey
150 ml / 1 cup : water

ADD ON/ TOPPINGS-
Handfull of almonds and cashews (chopped)
Banana as fruit
You can add fruit and nuts of your choice.
