Carrot Rice
serve your family a rice dish everyday and always on the lookout for ways to bring some variety to your meals. Well, here’s an amazing recipe that I hope will be a hit with everyone. This carrot rice is not just delicious, but also a great way to incorporate some vegetables into your little ones’ diet. Even my very picky 5 year old loves this!

Ingredients
Cooked basmati rice (200 grams)
Carrot – 250 grams
Onion – 1
Capsicum – Half
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Ghee – ½ tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Cashews
Dry chilli – 1
green chilli sliced – 3
Curry leaves
Chopped ginger -1 inch
Chilli powder – ¾ teaspoon (optional)
samabar powder – ¼ teaspoon

Turmeric powder
Cook for 2 mins in low flame
dry coconut powder -2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
