This is a very healthy and delicious breakfast idea with egg and potatoes. Must try the tasty breakfast recipe which is also very easy to make. Please check ingredients and method as bellow :

Ingredients:

Potato 3 Pcs
Green Coriander 3 TBSP
Black Pepper 1/2 TSP
Green Chili 1 TBSP
Salt as per taste
Egg 02 Pcs
Flour 1/4 Cup
Butter 2 TBSP

Method:

– Peel out potatoes and grate . Washout through water.
– Take grated potatoes in a bowl. Add black pepper,Green Chili ,Green Coriander, salt , Eggs. Mix all perfectly.
– Add Flour and mix again.
– Take butter on pan and put the mix on pan. Try to make flat .
– Fry for 3 min and add black seed 1 TSP.
– Cover and fry for 6-7 mins in low flame. Don’t go with high flame .
– Alter sides and put 1/2 TBSP butter on pan and again fry for 9-10 min in low flame.

Now the Healthy breakfast is ready to enjoy !
