INGREDIENTS
1 scoop (32g) of protein powder of own choice that you LOVE (I use 1up Nutrition Honey Graham Cereal Isolate protein powder – 20% off with code: Pernilla)
1/2 cup (40g) traditional oats
12g dried strawberries (or dried fruit of own choice – I dried 3 medium strawberries in the oven)
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp Swerve (brown sugar) or sweetener of own choice
1/2 cup Sugar free syrup (I use Walden Farms)
60 (14g) Lily’s dark Chocolate baking chips
50g blueberries or fruit of own choice
