Mango smoothie recipe
Serve -1
1- Mango-90 gm
2- Fox nut powder-10 gm
3- Curd-100 gm
4- Pumpkin seeds-1 tsp
5- Soaked almonds- for garnish
Cooking method
1- Add all the ingredients in mixer jar grind it.
2- Garnish with mango slice ,soaked almonds and pumpkin seeds.

Banana smoothie recipe
Serve-1
1- Banana-58 gm
2- Fox nut powder-10 gm
3- Chia seeds- 3 gm
4- Curd-100 gm
5- Pumpkin seeds- for garnish
6- Edible rose petal- few

Cooking method
1- Add all ingredients in mixer jar grind it.
2- Garnish with sliced banana, pumpkin seeds

Apple smoothie
Serve-1
1- Apple-100 gm
2- Curd-100 gm
3- Fox nut powder-10 gm
4- Cocoa powder-1 tsp

Cooking method
1- Add all ingredients in mixer jar.
2- Garnish with dark chocolate.
