Here’s my updated Self-Care Sunday routine! Well Self-Care Sunday isn’t really a routine, I do something different every time, but here are the basics of what I do to elevate my vibration and get to feeling my absolute best. I forgot to mention that this vlog started after my morning run, but you can probably tell from my workout clothes. I don’t have measurements for my guacamole and chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie, but if you know your way about the kitchen, you’ll mix up something delicious. Also, I’ve updated my waxing position (lol from my first Brazilian waxing video) and wax beads, so be sure to check out the links below for a less painful wax you can use for your body waxing.
