Steamed Carrots and Beans are best to use for quick cooking. We can also use non-steamed vegetables as well but it will take longer time to cook.

Coconut (shredded)
Sesame Seeds (powdered)
Cashew Nuts
Dry Red Chillies
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Oil

Tempering ~
Channa Dal
Urad Dal
Cumin Seeds
Mustard Seeds
Curry Leaves
Garlic
