Hii Friends…Today I m here with traditional recipe from Karnataka albeit with a healthy twist – Beetroot Rotti.
Rotti is a traditional Karnataka recipe usually prepared from Rice flour or Ragi flour. It is eaten with a chutney / gravy curry / Dal.
Here along with rice flour I added Millet flour which is optional and mainly I have added Grated beetroot to the Rotti mix. Beetroot can be substituted with carrot / cucumber / radish / bottle gourd etc.
Adding a healthy vegetable to a cereal based dish increases its health quotient.
