GREG DOUCETTE FULL DAY OF EATING | ANABOLIC RECIPES REVIEW & Low Calorie Meals

Todays video we have a full day of eating by the one and only GREG DOUCETTE, one of my favourite you tubers to watch! He’s aggressive, funny, and owns a Lamborghini Urus, so he knows what he’s talking about. He practices what he preaches is his videos and also his diet by enjoying life while still enjoying great food. We share the same knowledge with cooking and dieting as we both agree that CALORIES ARE KING. Calories in, calories out actually works and can make any diet enjoyable if you are creative in the kitchen!

Mr. Doucette is a Canadian born massive male specimen with huge calves and an even bigger heart. So I guess we have another thing in common… I am also Canadian 🙂 Cant say the same about the calves though. He has a special segment on his channel called the Anabolic Kitchen where he makes delicious recipes from normal food and encourages people to make healthy versions of their favourite meals such as ice cream, popcorn, burgers, and of course, French toast!

So throughout the video, I give some of the recipes a try and rate them based on mainly flavour and satiety! Not only do we crush a bunch of food, we also go through a chest and back workout and perform some of Coach Greg’s favourite form of cardio: Cycling.
