This is the best n easy healthy recipe.
In this recipe I used whole wheat flour…you can use maida as well…
if you want to this recipe totally VEGAN then you have to use ALMOND MILK instead of normal milk…n vegan cheese instead of processed cheese. or skip this(cheese) part as well.

FOR WHITE SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp whole wheat flour / all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup milk
salt as per taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mix hurb
100grms or less processed cheese
FOR VEGETABLES :
1 tsp olive oil
1 large onion finely chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 capsicum chopped
1/2 small cabbage finely chopped
5-6 garlic cloves finely chopped
salt
black pepper or chili powder
