Russian Salad (Creamy Salad)
Ingredients:
Apple = 800g
Peas = 1cup
Milk pack cream = 1 pack
Icing sugar = 5tbs
White pepper = 1tbs
Salt = 1tbs
Black pepper = 1ts
Lemon juice = 3tbs
Potato Boil = 300g
Carrot Boil = 200g
Mayyonise = 1¹/² cup
Method:
Take a bowl. Add mayyonise, milk pack cream, lemon juice, salt, white pepper, black pepper and icing sugar in it. Mix it well until it become a paste or smooth. Than add apple, carrot(boil), peas(boil) and potato(boil) into it and mix it well. Garnish with crush almonds and toping with any syrup. Chill it for minimum 2 hours before serving.
