INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup white sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk (up to 1 cup for a moist, less crumbly cake, can substitute with sour cream/yogurt)
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
