Ingredients:
1. ½ Cup Whole Gram Dal
2. 3/4th Cup Moong Dal
3. 1/4th Cup Horse gram
4. Chopped onion
5. Chopped green chillies
6. Chopped Tomatoes
7. Fried/ Normal Paneer Cubes
8. 1/4th Cup Roasted Peanuts
9. Freshly chopped Coriander leaves
10. Black salt
11. 1 tsp Chaat masala
12. Crushed bread Toast
13. Lemon Juice
14. Lettuce ( Opt) for Plating
Method:
1. Wash all the dals and soak overnight or 6 hrs.
2. Now take it out and wrap in a wet muslin cloth and keep it till sprouts come out. Sprinkle water if cloth becomes dry.
3. Now take it out and take small portions of the sprouts and put it in mixing bowl. Add rest of the ingredients and give it a nice mix.
4. Serve in breakfast/ Lunch/Dinner.
