This is a very high protein, gluten-free, and full of fiber dosa recipe. It is made using jowar (Sorghum), peanuts, and rolled oats. This is super delicious and no fermentation required dosa recipe. This recipe makes 7-8 medium size dosas.
Ingredients
Jowar Kernels – 1/2 cup
Raw Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Rolled Oats – 1/4 cup
Curry Leaves – 8-10
Red chilies – 4-5
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Ghee
