Healthy Chicken Teriyaki 🥵

1 lb chicken breast
4oz LoMein noodles

Marinade:
4 cloves garlic
Nub of ginger
1 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice vinegar

Noodles:
1 cup snap peas
1 cup shaved carrots
1/2 jalapeño
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
You can add 1/4 cup of the water from noodles to thin it out!

Finish with lemon zest and juice, furikake or sesame seeds

You can sub soy sauce with coconut amino acids!
