This is a recipe inspired by my man Exercise4CheatMeals (
Big shoutout to him. This recipe took many tries but I finally got close enough to the texture and taste of a Kung Pao takeout. This recipe can be eaten alone or served with sides such as Regular Rice/Cauliflower rice. My next video might be a review of Remington James’ new protein bars…

Macros:
– 350 Cals
– 50g Protein
– 31g Carbs
– 1g of Fat

Ingredients:
– 8oz Chicken Breast
– 100g Kung Pao Stir Fry Sauce (the Panda Express One)
– 10g Tapioca Flour/Cornstartch
– 20g Egg Whites
– Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables (put however much you want it really doesn’t affect the calories by that much. I put about 30 calories worth and added it to my total amount. Who is gonna put over a hundred calories worth of vegetables in this dish lmao)
– Salt
– Onion Powder
– Garlic Powder

Recipe:
1. Cut up chicken into small cubes
2. (for seasoning put however much you want since everybody has a different pallet) Marinate the chicken with Salt, Onion Powder, Tap flour/Cornstarch, and Egg Whites
3. Let the Chicken marinate for 20 min
4. Heat up a pan to medium heat and pour chicken after 20 min is up
5. After a min or two, pour in the sauce and vegetables (make sure to stir frequently because this mixture is really sticky)
6. Put in some Garlic Powder
7. Boom you’re done
