Today I am sharing with weight loss snacks, it is high protein recipe, made from moong dal. This is vegetable balls, loaded with so many vegetables. It is healthy snack for weight loss, single vegetable balls give only 26 calories. Best for mid-morning or evening time. These vegetable balls are low in calories, high in proteins and high fiber recipe. Best as weight loss snack. Even we can give it kids also. This is a gluten free recipe. So those who have gluten sensitivity they can also have this recipe.

Vegetable balls
Ingredients
1-Moong dal recipe-50 gm
2-Potato-100 gm
3-Onion-40 gm
4-Green chili- 1 or 2 as per taste
5-Capsicum-60 gm
6-Carrot-50 gm
7-Roasted cumin powder-as per taste
8-Coriander powder-1 tsp
9-Turmeric powder-1/4 th tsp
10-Coriander leaves- 1/4th cup
11-Till- 2 spoons
11-Salt- as per taste
12-lemon juice- optional
Cooking process
1- Wash moong dal 2-3 times and soak it for overnight.
2- Next morning, wash it and cook it for 10 min.
3- Strain the water and add cooked moong dal to bowl.
4- Then add chopped capsicum, grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped green chili, and grate boiled potato.
5- Add spices like, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice.
6- Mix well, make 13 vegetable balls from it.
7- Take appam stand, grease it with little oi. add vegetable balls to appam stand.
8- Roast it both sides properly.
9- Our healthy vegetables balls are ready to serve.
