Baked oats contain milk, eggs, banana, dark chocolate chunks, oats and maple syrup that are almost all healthy ingredients. INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cups Instant Oats
1 Banana
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter + for garnish
¼ Cup Abbie’s Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
½ Tsp Baking Powder
¼ Tsp Cinnamon Powder
150ml Milk
2 Tbsp Chocolate Chunks
STEPS
Step 1
In a blender jar, add oats, banana, eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt, baking powder, cinnamon powder and milk.
Step 2
Blend for 2 minutes and transfer into small oven-proof bowls. Top the oatmeal with chocolate chunks and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°C or until cooked.
Step 3
Once cooked, remove from the oven, drizzle with peanut butter or maple syrup and serve warm.
