First of all, Note Down the Ingredients:
• Oil/ Butter
• Freshly Chopped Onion
• Chopped Bell Pepper- 2 Tbsp
• Chopped Mushroom- 3 Tbsp
• Chilli Flakes – ¼ Tsp
• Eggs – 2
• Pepper – ¼ Tsp
• Bread Slice – 2
• Cheese Slice
• Ketch-Up
Now the recipe is as follows:
• Take a pan
• Put 1 Tbsp Oil in it
• Now put freshly chopped onion into the pan
• Fry until it becomes golden brown
• Now put chopped bell pepper into the pan and fry
• Put chopped mushroom into the pan and fry
• Add chilli flakes into the mixture
• Now turn the flame high
• Saute for few minutes
• Transfer the mixture into the bowl
• Let it cool
• Now take another bowl
• Break two eggs into it
• Add Salt (as per taste)
• Add Pepper
• Whisk
• Now mix everything i.e. the mixture prepared earlier and the eggs
• Once mixed, keep the mixture aside
• Now take bread slices
• Cut down the middle portion of both the breads
• Keep them aside
• Now take the pan and heat it
• Put oil or butter into the pan
• Place the outer part of the bread slice on the pan
• Pour the egg mixture into the hollow opening
• Now put a cheese slice over it
• Now place the outer part of the second bread slice over the cheese slice
• Pour ketchup on the visible part of the cheese slice
• Now place the square-shaped inner part of the bread over it
• Cook for few minutes on both the sides
• Now take the sandwich off from the pan
• Divide it into two equal halves
