In this week’s video I share my Top 5 websites for recipes to help you get healthy naturally. These are a mixture of whole foods plant based recipes and some that are more flexible, vegetarian, have some richer ingredients like oils, nuts, and rich desserts.

These are my current favorites that I use for creating healthy meal plans for a week or more of healthy cooking at home. My meal plans also include cooking big recipes to use leftovers and going out to eat once or twice a week. 1. MINIMALIST BAKER: Great search engine to narrow down by healthy diet preferences, cuisine type, recipe type, prep time, etc.

2. PROTECTIVE DIET: You do have to create a free account to access these super healthy healing recipes, some of the best flavor profiles I’ve ever found for super healthy recipes to prevent & reverse disease.

3. HAPPY HERBIVORE: Over 200 super healthy recipes to prevent & reverse disease. Easily searchable and many super quick weeknight favorites here.

4. DR. MCDOUGALL: Hundreds of recipes, good search options and categories. This is the plant based doctor I studied with who helps people lose weight and prevent & reverse disease with super healthy clean eating. Great success stories on this site as well.

5. THE HAPPY PEAR: These recipes can be a bit more rich, but all plant based and drool-worthy! So so delicious. Twin brothers from Ireland, so the recipes are in Euro format using grams, etc. Their YouTube channel has a great playlist of 5 minute meals for super easy weeknight cooking:
