Curd – 1 cup
Rolled oats – ½ cup
Any 4 fruits chopped – 1 ½ cup
Honey – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder – 2 pinch
Roasted mixed seeds – 1 tbsp
Curd tadka rice:
Brown rice – ¼ cup
Curd – 1 cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 10-12
Chopped green chillies – 2
Sliced onion – 2 medium
Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp
Crunchy curd poha:
Flattened rice(poha) – ½ cup
Curd – 1 cup
Chopped tomato – 1
Chopped onion –
Chopped cucumber – 1
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Oil – ½ tsp
Whole red chilli – 2
Asafoetida (hing) – 1 pinch
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 10-12
Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
