⭕ HEALTHY AIR FRYER RECIPES:

Air Fryer Zucchini Tomato Corn Salad→
2 cups each: chopped zucchini, cherry tomatoes, frozen corn kernels. salt and pepper.
Dressing: combine 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey and 1/3 cup olive oil.

Preheat the air fryer basket at 400F/200C for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket and pour in just zucchini & tomatoes. Lightly spray and season. Cook at 400F/200C for 2-3 minutes. Stir or shake the basket, add the corn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until veggies reach desired tenderness and crispiness. Serve on top of spinach. Dress the salad with dressing and feta cheese.

Zucchini Pizza Bites →
Half Zucchini cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Lightly season with salt, garlic powder. Cook at
320 for 8 minutes. Top with Pizza sauce, Cheese, desired Toppings. Then cook at 400F/200C for 3 minutes.

Cocoa Chickpeas →
2 cans chickpeas, rinsed, drained and pat dry. Pour in a bowl and add in 1/4 cup cocoa powder & 2 tablespoon 0 cal sweetener. Spray air fryer – cook at 400F/200C for 10 minutes, stirring once. Let cool.

Kielbasa Turkey Sausage & Veggies →

12 ounces turkey kielbasa cut on the diagonal into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/2-1 pound asparagus trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
4 ounces grape tomatoes halved
1 orange bell pepper cut into 2-inch pieces
½ tablespoon avocado oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
¾ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper

BBQ Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes →

2 sweet potatoes
½ pound chicken, cut into bite size pieces
½ bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
½ cup red onion, cut into bite size pieces
½ cup frozen corn
½ cup black beans
½ tablespoon oil of choice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon paprika,
¼ teaspoon chili powder
Sprinkle black pepper
Toppings: Avocado, Cherry tomatoes. Bbq sauce mixed with Greek yogurt or sour cream, Cilantro
