Oats – Healthy weight loss breakfast Recipe | Gluten Free Recipe
Here I am showing you how can we make healthy weight loss breakfast using Oats.
Ingredients:
1. Rolled Oats – 2/3 cup
2. Water – 1 cup
3. Milk – 2/3 cup
4. Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder – 1/4 tsp or pinch
5. Honey or Sugar – 1 tsp or as per taste
6. Coconut Slice – 2 tbsp (Optional)
7. Date – 1 (Optional)
For Garnishing (Optional ) :
1. Banana – 1 (Cut into round pieces)
2. Apple – 1/4 (Cut into small pieces)
3. Strawberry – 1
4. Cinnamon Powder or Cinnamon Sugar – Pinch
5. Hemp seed – 1/2 tsp
6. Sunflower/Pumpkin/sesame seeds – 1 tsp (mixed)
7. Walnut (Soaked) -2
8. Almond (Soaked)- 4
