Hey, y’all! What was the best thing you ate this week?

Graham Cracker Crust:
1 sleeve ground graham crackers
6 tbs melted butter
Combine crackers and butter, then press firmly into baking dish to form a crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown around edges. Cool completely.

Blueberry Cheesecake:
Combine two blocks of softened cream cheese with confectioner’s sugar. I didn’t take measurements, just made the cream cheese slightly sweet. Layer chopped pecans on top of graham cracker crust, then spread cheesecake mixture on pecans and spoon 1 can of blueberry pie filling on top. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
