Ingredients:
Moong dal-1/4 cup
Masoor dal-1/4 cup
Urad dal-1/4 cup
Split green moong-1/4 cup
Idli rice-1/2 cup
White rice-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds
Oil
Asafetida
Ginger
Urad dal
Coriander
Curry leaves
Red chilli
Steps:
1.Add all the pulses & rice, wash and soak them for 6 hours along with red chili and asafoetida.
2.Add them to a wet grinder and grind till smooth.
3.Let it ferment overnight.
4.Add the tempering, curry leaves, coriander and mix well.
5.Spread evenly on a hot tawa and cook on both sides till golden brown.
Serve Hot!
