HEALTHY & Tempting MUGHLAI BROCCOLI MUSALLAM | The Best NUTRITIOUS Recipe Ever

Standard Ingredient:
1) Step One
~To Boil 60%~
1 whole head broccoli
1/4 tsp salt – namak
1/4 tsp turmeric – haldi
And water – paani

2)Step Two
~Make Mussalam Paste~
5 Anjeer – dry Gigs soaked in water for 20-30 minutes
3 tbsp split black lentil – urad dal
3 tbsp desiccated coconut – naarial
2 tbsp peanut – mungfali
6 scallion – green onion – hra piyaaz
3 green chilli – hri mirch
1/4 tsp fenugreek seed – methi
3 dry red chilli – sabat laal mirch
1 star anise – foolCakri
1 peepli – long pepper
2 small cardamom – hri elachi
1 tsp coriander seed – suka dhaniya
1/2 tsp cumin seed – jeera
1 bay leaf – tej patta
1/2 inch cinnamon – daalchini
1 tsp salt – namak
1/2 tsp thyme
1 fresh lemon – nimbu
4 tbsp water – paani

3) Step Three
~Tadka – tempering~
5 Anjeer -figs
1 big onion – piyaaz
1 tomato
1/2 tsp thyme
3/4 salt
1 tsp curry powder
2 scallion – hra piyaaz
