I have added to this Recipe over the years and this represents about half of what I eat I will bet. From Meatloaf Sandwiches, Classic Dinner, Meatballs for Spaghetti, Breakfast Meat in place of Bacon or Sausage & Beef…. Yea… Its a Great Meats Substitute for Any meal! Many Channels out there like Jenny Can Cook and Laura in the Kitchen have a Great How To Cook a Easy Meatloaf Video but this one is actually about 30% less Calories and has almost ZERO fat!! It is a Healthy High in Protein and Fiber Food that is Super quick and Easy to make. The Oats and Whole Grain make it quite nice and the egg whites do something that i cant even explain the way it is made is not hard and will leave you with GOBS of Meat to eat any way you please. ANY Vegetables you choose to add are easy to add Onions Carrots Green Peppers Bell Red Chile etc etc etc Parsley cilantro and about anything can be put in a meatloaf even noodles for heavens sake!!
