Forget about chips, cookies, sweets and other junk food. I will give you some healthy back to school lunch box ideas. They are quick to make on busy days and you probably have all the ingredients at home!
Lunch box # 1 includes cheese and turkey pinwheels, celery sticks with hummus and grapes with blueberries. Lunch box # 2 includes an egg sandwich with apples, raspberries and nuts.
These back to school lunches include proteins, veggies, fruits and healthy carbs.
These lunches are great for work too.

1 flour tortilla

deli turkey

shredded cheese to taste
1 tsp sour cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
salt to taste
