INGREDIANTS:
Almonds – 1/2 cup
Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Sunflower seeds – 1/4 cup
Dry coconut powder – 2 tbsp
Seedless Dates – 1/2 cup

STEPS:
1. Dry roast the nuts separately, remove the peanuts skin and blend to a coarse powder. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
2. Pulse the seedless dates a few times and with the grinded powder.
3. Mix well to combine, then start making laddu, if its too dry you can add a tsp of coconut oil.
4. Biotin Laddu is ready. Biotin rich laddu – for hair growth, glowing skin and to stop hair fall.
