1 – Oats Cheeslings

Half cup Oats Flour
Half cup Atta (Whole Wheat Flour)
Cheese slice 1
2 tbspn Milk

Cheese Cubes 2 (I used kraft tinned cheddar cheese)
2 tspn Ghee
Salt

Water 4 to 5 tbspn

Oil to fry

2 – Baked Oats

Whole Oats – 1/2 cup (50 gms)
Powdered Jaggery – 1 tbspn
Baking powder – 1/2 tspn
Cocoa powder – 1 tbspn
Milk 1/2 cup (125ml)

Chocolate chips – 1 tbspn
Peanut Butter – 1 tbspn ( optional)

Bake in Preheated Oven on 180° c for 18 to 20 minutes

3 – Oats Crackers

——- Ingredients – – – – – –

Rolled Oats – 1 cup (powdered)
Jaggery – 2 tbspn (powdered)
Salt as needed
Pepper powder – 1/2 tspn
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tspn
Baking Powder – 1/4 tspn
Desi Ghee – 2 tbspn
Hot water – 2 to 3 tbspn
Sesame seeds to sprinkle

Air Fry on 180°c for 8 to 10 minutes

4 – Oats Cookies

———– Ingredients ————-

Brown Sugar – 1/4 cup (50g)
Desi Ghee – 1/4 cup (60 g)

Besan (Gram Flour) – 3/4 cup (90 g)
Baking powder – 1/2 tspn
Salt – 1/4 tspn
Baking Soda – 1/8 tspn

Instant or Whole Oats – 1 cup (90 g)
Chocolate Chips – 2 tbspn
Cashew nuts 6-7
Raisins – 1 tbspn

Milk – 3 to 4 tbspn

Bake on 170° c for 18 to 20 minutes

5 – Oats Ladoo

—— Ingredients – – – – – –

Rolled Oats – 1/2 cup (roasted)
Peanut Butter – 3/4 cup
Powdered Jaggery – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1/4 tspn

(1 cup = 200 ml cup measurement)
