Grilled stuffed yellow pepper and cheesy Brochettes are delicious sides for weekday dinners. You can use green pepper or red pepper if you don’t have yellow pepper. Peppers are stuffed with filling made with bean & salad. You can enjoy these with rice or soup. In this video, I have shown a special low fat dressing for bruschetta. It is delicious and healthy!
