Rajma salad
Serve-1
Ingredients
1-Rajma-50 gm
2-Onion-40 gm
3-Capsicum-50 gm
4-French beans-50 gm
5-Tomato-30 gm
6-Salt-as per taste
7-Tumeric powder-1/4 th tsp
8-Coriender powder-1 tsp
9-Ghee-1/2 tsp
10-cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
11-Green chili, ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
12-Coriender leaves- for garnish
Cooking method
1-Wash and soak rajma overnight.
2-Then wash it and pressure cook until 6-7 whistle came.
3-Take a pot add ghee, cumin seeds, onion and green chili ginger garlic paste, fry for 3-4 min.
4-Then add all chopped veggies, boiled rajma, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and oregano (optional).
5-Mix well cook for 5 min.
6-Garnish with coriander leaves.
