Made a high protein Singapore noodle recipe using tofu and other vegetables I had in my fridge. Obviously not the most authentic Singapore noodles, but tasted pretty close to ones I have had in the past. I also used a secret ‘salt’ to make the tofu taste more like egg and it worked like a charm! Looking forward for you guys to try this and let me know in the comments down below how it goes!
