Semolina / Rava / Sooji – 1/4 cup
Green or red chilli – 2
Cooking soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee / Clarified butter
Ingredients used for beetroot fry :
Oil – 4 tsp
Onion – 1/2 cup
Grated beetroot – 1 & 1/2 cup
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
coriander leaves
