-Bread slices 6
-Eggs 3
-Tomato (Chopped) 2tbps
-Onion (chopped) 2 tbps
-Green chilli (chopped)1tbps
-Red peper 1 tsp
-Salt to-taste
-Oil 4 tbsp
1)In a bowl add the ingredients (tomato,onion,green chilli ,red pepper,salt)and mix them.
2)Note… Mix red pepper and salt into vegetables instead of egg to avoid lumps.
3)After it add eggs in bowl and mix well.
4)Turn the flame on and heat up a frying pan.
5)Add oil and Spread the mixture of eggs in the pan after heating oil.
6)put the bread slices on omelette
7And then cook the both sides carefully…
