Ingredients 3 glass of poha ( Matta flakes rice). 2tsp oil 2tsp raw peanut 1tsp channa dal 1tsp uraddal 4 or 5 cashew nut 1tsp mustard seeds 1tsp cumin seeds 1 Pinch asafoetida (Hing) 2 green chili pinch of turmeric powder salt to taste 1 big finely chopped onion few curry leaves 1tsp sugar 1inch finely chopped ginger 1tsp cumin powder 1tsp lemon juice.
